First there is a private parking space while the whole plot is gated and fenced. The 8 x 4 pool has been set in what feels like a restored Chinese-style "Ria rau", with a summer kitchen housing a gas Plancha, table and chairs and views across to the pool and the villa. There is COMPLETE privacy to this villa with the pool having new sunbeds and relax chairs for this season. Around the villa are several seating areas. Tasteful decking surrounds the pool and forms paths on the gravel style Mediterranean-type garden. Plenty of space for a game of boules!
