Outside area: Fully gated plot, fenced, with a large front drive to house 2 or 3 cars. There is a 10 x 5 pool with plenty of sunbathing areas. A gas BBQ - new for summer 2019 - to the right, and the large covered naya also with new furniture for summer, will be an ideal place to sit relax and eat al fresco, while taking in the fabulous views of the surrounding area. The property has a very mature garden that gives complete privacy from the road and any neighbour. A shed is available if you are travelling with bikes or any outdoor equipment.
