Wooden beamed ceilings are just one of the many features. Entrance via the large covered naya into the open-plan kitchen lounge area, with open archway to a very spacious dining room. Here there is an extra seating/lounge space for relaxing. The high beamed ceilings give a feeling of grandeur to the lounge. From the galleried landing there is a seating area that can be used for relaxing/reading or just to observe the floor below. A/C unit on this landing will keep the whole area serviced. Separate shower and A/C unit. All bedrooms are spacious and light. 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. 2 further doubles one with en-suite shower room and a twin with A/C. This villa could comfortably house an extra bed in 2 rooms making a maximum capacity of 10.  to confirm AC units are installed in ALL 4 bedrooms plus 1 extra on the galleried landing.

Wash rooms: 3, plus outside shower and toilet. Ground floor is large luxury en-suite bathroom and first floor has own guest shower room. One further double bedroom has its own shower room.

Outside area: A larger than average pool - 11 x 6 - is in a spectacular location, very private with lots of areas around for sunbathing. The views are of both mountains and vines. The finca stands on a very large plot giving complete privacy- but with local amenities close by. There is a large enclosed BBQ-  gas planca  with outside fridge and rustic furniture  . There is an outside toilet/shower room in a separate building adjacent to the pool. There is parking for several cars- The plot is currently all open plan offering complete access on very good roads. The washing machine is housed in the pool pump room.   extra attractions recenlty added are , pool table  ,bean bags for the garden and extra sunbeds   full Netflix , international tv,  wifi  The grounds are laid in true Mediterranean style with many fruit tree- almonds- olives growing on the land. There are woods to the rear that can be accessed and neighbours are close by but villas cannot be seen. There is also an Astro turf area alongside the pool with decking and a raised sun terrace. The property is half a kilometre from the main road on a very good tarmac road with good access.
