Lisa and Tony
Lisa Stainer started Jalón Villa Rentals, as it was then, on her arrival in Spain in 2000. Even as it has grown, she has continued to administer the company personally.
Her husband Tony works at her side, meeting tenants and owners—and taking 99% of the property photos on this Web site!
Courtney
Courtney grew up in France, and speaks fluent French. She also has considerable experience of dealing with Spanish builders.
She is an active animal lover, and works as dog manager at the shelter in El Vergel.
She joined Jalon Villa Properties in the summer of 2018. Her main office day is Tuesday.
Our office in Jalón
Having had an office in Jalon for 20 years due to the pandemic we have closed the office in Jalon and now work from our dedicated home office just streets away from the local. We feel this has enabled us to be more efficient- more hands on- all our bookings are done via our web site- and all paperwork can be handled by computer- e mail ect.
We are maintaining our rental section and in fact have increased since we closed the shop front at end of 2020. So the business is going forward as usual with all rentals still our main priority both long term and summer rentals.
We in fact are running advertisements all the time for extra properties to rent for both summer holidays and for longer term rentals.
